2010 and 2011 born players 

An excellent program for Elite U18 players to further develop their current skill set. In the early part of the sessions Forwards and Defense will do similar advanced movement patterns that include skating, puck control, passing and shooting. Once movement patterns are established players will separate into forward specific skills and d specific skills and at times we will combine both forward and d specific skills together. The program is always challenging both skill wise and mind wise as we will look to apply game like skills to a variety of situations on the ice.
